For 16 years I have been working for technology companies advising, selling and implementing solutions that helped companies to engage customers in a more productive and efficient way.
Since I joined SAP 9 years ago, I got a broader experience in omni channel and customer experience by participating in hundreds of events and sales cycles understanding what companies need and proposing ways to improve how they engage their customers.
This background helped me to develop important skills, such as a great communicator and value based selling.
Technology is important but people is key. We can learn from each other sharing knowledge and experiences, so I encourage you to have conversations that help each of us to improve our expertise and become better at work and life.
Outside of work, I like sports, reading and spend time with my family; they are the real reason of living and improving every day
